大学生创新计划考核机制的研究与探索

Study and exploration on assessment mechanism of undergraduate innovation program

上海交通大学在研究和实践中采用以学校"三位一体"(知识探究、能力建设、人格养成)人才培养目标为导向的AHP(analytic hierarchy process)方法的同时,结合模糊综合评价模型作为考评体系,较好地克服了传统大学生创新计划考核评价机制存在的考核方式与人才培养目标结合不紧密、评价指标权重不易确定、评价者群体评价客观性较弱三大弊端。该评价体系与学校人才培养目标紧密结合,具有良好的可借鉴性和可操作性,能广泛地应用于学校各类实践教学活动的评价中。

The traditional assessment system of undergraduate innovation program has ＂away from talents cultivation aims＂,＂hard to determine evaluation index weight＂and ＂weak objective evaluation results＂three major disadvantages.Using AHP（analytic hierarchy process）method,based on the goal of university talents cultivation,the Undergraduate Innovation Program＇s assessment method of Shanghai Jiaotong University not only overcomes the above disadvantages,but also gets a good reference and operability,and it can be widely used in the evaluation of varieties of practical teaching activities in colleges and universities.
