从面向学科竞赛的实验室资源共享出发,分析高校各院系间实验室资源共享中存在的资源共享程度低、跨院借用困难大、共享机制尚未建立完善等问题及其原因,提出重新进行实验室功能定位、优化实验室管理制度与人员激励办法、调和院系竞争关系、厘清设备损坏的赔偿责任、重视跨学院的实践教学体系的打造等系列推进实验室资源实现共享的对策。

The construction of laboratory resources is one of the important content in the construction of colleges and universities,but for discipline competitions,sharing of laboratory resources is obviously insufficient.It is difficult that the students want to borrow from other school,for the laboratory resources sharing platform construction is lack of discipline competition.How to optimize the laboratory resources and realize the sharing of laboratory resources have become a prominent problem.This paper from the laboratory resources for sharing of discipline competition analyses the causes of problems and the status quo,the sharing of laboratory resources between universities,and proposes the countermeasures of laboratory resource sharing.
