摘要
于2015年3月至8月研究南漪湖不同湖区春夏季叶绿素a浓度变化及其与理化因子间的关系.结果表明:南漪湖东西湖区叶绿素a浓度随时间的变化呈逐月上升趋势.Pearson相关性分析显示,东湖区的叶绿素a浓度与各理化因子间无显著相关性;西湖区叶绿素a浓度与水温呈显著正相关,与总氮(TN)、总磷(TP)呈显著负相关,而与其他理化因子无相关关系.
The variations of chlorophyll-a concentration and its relationship to environmental factors in different zones of lake Nanyi were studied from March to August in 2015. The results showed that chlorophyll-a concentration in the eastern and western zones of the lake increased gradually during March to August. Pearson's correlation analysis showed that there was no significant relationship between the chlorophyll-a concentration and physical-chemical factors in the eastern zone of the lake. The chlorophyll-a concentration in the western zone of the lake was positively correlated with water temperature,and negatively correlated with total nitrogen(TN)and total phosphorus(TP),but no significant correlations with other physical- chemical factors.
