摘要
目的了解医生集团发展的现状、挑战并提出建议。方法利用CNKI、万方、媒体报道、医生集团新媒体发布平台、医生集团会议,采用主体框架分析法对文献资料和医生集团利益相关者的观点进行总结提炼。结果由于政策红利、医生个体对自由执业的强烈诉求、树立个人品牌等综合因素在互联网的助力作用下产生了医生集团;医生集团具有以医生为主导、多点并自由执业、第三方平台对公立医院功能的部分替代等特点;但是医生集团面临着法律法规的限制、现有公立医院管理体制的影响、管理和运营能力缺乏的现实瓶颈、执业平台的缺乏等挑战。结论为创新提供政策出口,减少外部风险;确立以医生为主导的治理结构,实现医生集团的职业化和专业化;利用互联网等新兴技术,创建虚拟医院,降低组织成本和交易成本;探索多元化发展、形成可持续的运行模式。
Objective To understand the status quo, challenge of medical group in China and give some suggestions. Methods Key informant interviews was adopted,thematic framework analysis was used to summarize the qualitative data and literature. Results Medical group was caused by some reasons, such as policy, physician's demand for free practice, establishment personal brand, and internet's pulse. Some characters of medical group are the physician's leading role, multi-site practice, platform and so on. However, some challenges for medical group are like this: the limitation of laws, competition to public hospital, lack of administration and operation capability, and platform. Conclusion To keep the policy open to innovation of medical group,formulate governance structure for physician's leading role,establish virtual hospital,and explore sustainable development mode.
