摘要
目的基于病例分组思想,设计一套反映临床住院科室实际工作量、技术水平及风险程度的绩效考核方案。方法以待考核临床住院科室为分组大类,以住院日为因素,以其影响因素为分类变量,运用E-CHAID方法构建病例组合分组,联合使用权重及病例数确定住院科室绩效考核方案。结果设计出一套适用于样本医院7个科室共39类的绩效权重方案,根据各临床住院科室收治病人数及权重确定科室绩效考核结果。结论考核方案具有客观性、直观性、可操作性,为公立医院的科室绩效改革提供了参考依据。
Objective Based on the case mix, a scheme for performance evaluation is designed to reflect the actual workload, technical level and risk degree of clinical inpatient departments. Methods The assessment of hospital as group categories was used,then taking the length of hospital stay as factors and its influencing factors as classified variables. E-CHAID analysis method was used to construct case mix. Finally, we utilized a combination of weight and number of cases to achieve a program of performance evaluation. Results A total of 39 categories of performance evaluation were designed to apply to seven departments in the hospital, according to the number and weight of cases to confirm the results of inpatient-department performance assessment. Conclusion The scheme for performance evaluation is objective,intuitive and operable,which could provides a reference for the reform of public hospitals.
