摘要
目的探讨现行职称体系对护士心理契约的影响。方法采用心理契约量表对甘肃省22所公立医疗机构不同职称护理人员进行问卷调查,并对其心理契约和对实际履责情况的感知进行评价和比较。结果中高级职称护理人员的心理契约评分明显高于初级职称人员。不同职称的护理人员在对医院责任和自身责任的评价上没有显著的差异,而对本院职称晋升制度、进修制度评价较高者对医院各因子责任的评价亦处于相对较高的水平。结论现行职称体系能够有效调动护理人员的积极性和主动性。
Objective To analyze the influences of current professional title system on psychological contract of nurses.Methods The nurses with different professional titles in 22 public medical institutions of Gansu province were investigated by using the psychological contract scale, and then the psychological contract and the apperception for actual assumed responsibilities were assessed and compared. Results The psychological contract scores of nurses with middle and senior professional titles were much higher than those in nurses with primary professional titles. There were no differences in the evluations for hospital responsibilities and responsibilities in nurses with different professional titles. However,the nurses with higher evaluations for the promotion system of professional titles and training system have higher evalutions for the hospital responsibilities. Conclusions The current professional title system could mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of nurses.
