摘要 目的调查医护人员对工作场所暴力的认知状况,为今后减少医院工作场所暴力的发生提供依据。方法采取整群抽样的方法,针对黑龙江省27所三级医院、43所县级医院的14 515名医护人员对工作场所暴力的认知状况和态度进行问卷调查。结果黑龙江省三级综合医院和县医院工作场所暴力的总体发生率为64.88%,医护人员支持医院对暴力采取不姑息、不容忍态度的占87.1%。结论黑龙江省三级综合医院和县医院医护人员遭受暴力的发生率较高;医院应切实采取积极、有效的措施,降低医院工作场所暴力事件的总体发生率。 Objective To investigate the cognitive status of the medical and nursing staffs to the hospital workplace violence,so as to provide the basis for the future to reduce the occurrence of violence in hospitals. Methods A cluster sampling method was conducted to investigate the cognition of the 14 515 medical and nursing staffs from 27 tertiary general hospitals and 43 country hospitals in Heilongjiang Province. Results The overall rate of the workplace violence in the tertiary general hospital and the county hospitals in Heilongjiang Province is 64.88%, the rate of intolerance to hospital violence were supported by medical and nursing staffs is 87.1%. Conclusion The incidence of violence in the tertiary general hospital and the county hospitals in Heilongjiang Province is very high. The positive and effective measures should be adopted to reduce the overall incidence of workplace violence in hospital.
