摘要
在福建山区养殖条件下,进行澳洲龙纹斑Maccullochella peelii peeli鱼种的饲养试验。澳洲龙纹斑鱼种的平均体重和全长分别为(1.29±0.23)g和(4.56±0.30)cm;试验期水温22~28℃,投喂粗蛋白51.2%的商品饲料。经97d培育,澳洲龙纹斑鱼种的平均体重和全长分别达(12.84±1.30)g和(10.03±0.36)cm。澳洲龙纹斑鱼种体重和全长特定生长率分别为2.37%和0.81%;该鱼种体重与全长的最优回归方程为幂函数方程W=0.016L^(2.884)。以Gompertz非线性生长模型算得澳洲龙纹斑鱼种体重和全长生长拐点分别为11.8g和8.5cm,拐点日龄分别为170d和149d;全长生长拐点日龄的出现先于体重生长拐点。
Feeding trials onjuvenile Murray cod,Maccullochella peelii peelii(Mitchell),were conducted in a mountainous area of northwest Fujian Province.The initial averagebody weight andthe total length of the juveniles were(1.29±0.23)g and(4.56±0.30)cm,respectively.The water temperature of the aquaculture pond ranged between 22℃ and 28℃.The fish were fed with acommercial feed(CP=51.2%).After 97 days of cultivation,the average body weight and total length of tjavascript:scrollTo(0,0);he codincreased to(12.84±1.30)g and(10.03±0.36)cm,respectively.The daily specific growth rates on weight and length were 2.37%and 0.81%,respectively,with a mean condition factor of(1.35±0.26).The weight vs.length relationship was W =0.016L^2.884.According to the Gompertz non-linear growth model,the growth inflection points on body weight and length were calculated to be 11.8g and 8.5cm,respectively;and,the day ageof thegrowth inflection points onbody weight(170d)lagged behind that on the body length(149d)for the juvenileMurray cod.
