摘要
随着城市化的加剧,城市环境越发呈现高密度倾向,城市购物中心面临严峻的空间使用和环境压力。文章基于城市高密度环境的自身特点和价值,围绕城市购物中心在高密度环境下的现状特征,归纳了城市购物中心的空间发展需求,并选取典型实例,从购物中心外部空间与城市公共空间对接、购物中心内部空间与城市交通系统衔接、购物中心商业空间包容多样与有序性三方面的空间设计方法的进行剖析,并总结出城市购物中心应对高密度环境的易达性、吸引力、多用性三大空间设计策略。
With the aggravation of urbanization,the city environment is increasingly showing a highdensity tendency. The shopping center in the center of the city is facing severe spatial use and environmental pressure,making its own development limited. To solve the above problems,the article argues that the development of city shopping center should meet the demand of high attraction and high degree of acceptance,based on the characteristics and value of urban high-density environment and according to the present situation of city shopping center in high-density environment. By the research on a series of design strategy of several typical examples dealing with high density city environment,it explores the design way of city shopping center in high-density environment,summarizes three design strategies of accessibility,attractiveness and multi-use in the city shopping center to reply the high-density environment.
