摘要
针对隔振垫预制浮置板轨道结构参数变化对其静力特性的影响,选取CA砂浆弹性模量、隔振垫竖向刚度、轨道板长度等3个主要参数进行分析。分析结果表明,影响浮置板轨道受力较明显的主要参数是隔振垫竖向刚度和轨道板长度,C A砂浆弹性模量的选取主要影响砂浆层本身的最大拉、压应力。根据分析结果,文章给出了隔振垫预制浮置板轨道3个主要参数的建议值。
The paper takes the precast slab track system of the vibration isolation pad as the beam-body-composite structure system and establishes three-dimensional finite element model of the prefabricated floating slab track by the ANSYS finite element software. In view of the influence of the track structure parameter change on the static characteristics of the vibration isolation pad, the elastic modulus of the CA mortar, the vertical stiffness of the vibration isolation pad and the length of the track slab are analyzed. The analysis shows that the main parameters affecting the force of floating slab track are the vertical stiffness of the vibration isolation pad and the length of the track plate. The selection of the modulus of CA mortar influences the maximum tensile and compressive stress of the mortar layer. Based on the theoretical analysis results, the paper puts forward the reference values of the 3 main parameters of the precast floating slab track of the vibration isolation pad.
