摘要 针对传统单轨系统存在的折返时间长、纵向疏散平台设置困难、轨道梁跨度小等关键问题,以新型单轨庞巴迪Monorail 300为例,分析其通过对车辆、道岔和轨道梁三大关键技术的改进和革新,从而大幅度缩短了列车折返时间,提升了运营效率。采用单轴转向架,降低车厢地板面,更有利于设置纵向疏散平台,满足系统运营安全需求。采用连续刚构轨道梁,增大跨度、优化景观,同时也更有利于行车的平稳性和舒适性。通过研究,为跨座式单轨技术在国内的推广应用提供借鉴。 The paper takes Bombardier's new monorail 300 as an example, makes an analysis on improvement and innovation of three key technologies, namely the vehicle, turnout and track-beam, greatly shortening train turn-back time and improving the operation efficiency. The use of single axle bogie lower the carriage floor level and helps to set more conducive vertical evacuation platform, meeting operating system safety requirements. The continuous rigid frame track-beam is used to increase the bridge span and optimize the landscape, which is more favorable to the train running stability and riding comfort. Through the study, the paper provides the reference for monorail technology promotion in domestic application.
