摘要
以国家扶持保障性住房建设的政策背景为契机,通过对保障房的特征及问题分析,以哈布瑞肯(N.John Habraken)开放建筑理论为依托,探讨该理论在保障性住房设计中的应用,提出适应保障性住房建设的相应设计策略,即支撑体部分+填充体部分分离设计和公共部分+私有部分两阶段设计。
Under the support of indemnificatory housing construction policy of China, this paper analyzed the characteristics and problems of indemnificatory housing and discussed the application of N. John Habraken＇s open building theory in indemnificatory housing design. Relevant design strategies were proposed for indemnificatory housing construction, namely indenmificatory housing was designed in two stages, including supporting structure plus filling structure stage and public structure plus private structure stage.
