摘要
某政务服务中心建筑总面积约20.8万m2,建筑总高度99.00m。结构设计时分别对混凝土和钢结构部分进行分析和计算,主体结构为框架剪力墙结构,裙房为框架结构。南侧市民广场为单层大跨拉索钢结构,广场靠入口一侧为整片玻璃幕墙,另一侧为钢筋混凝土主体结构,钢结构两端为2个巨型格构柱,屋顶张弦梁结构通过大环梁与柱相连,其中与主体混凝土柱连接的节点采用双向抗震铸钢球铰支座。在满足结构受力要求的前提下,结构设计和建筑设计达到了很好的统一,取得了良好的建筑效果。
A Municipal Administrative Service Center is 99.00m high and covers about 20,8000m: gross building area. Concrete and steel structures were analyzed and calculated respectively during structural design. The main body of the building is frame shear wall structure and the podium building adopts frame structure. The citizen square on the south is a flat large-span cable-stayed steel structure and its entrance facade is decorated with glass curtain wall. The north part is a reinforced concrete structure, whose both ends are supported by two pieces of huge lattice columns. The roof of beam string structure is connected to the columns through a large ring beam, where the connecting nodes of the main concrete column adopt two-way aseismic cast steel ball and socket bearing. The structure design and architectural design successfully satisfied the structural load bearing requirements and realized favorable architectural effect.
