摘要
某投入使用10年的网架结构须进行安全性评定,对网架杆件规格进行调查、统计,绘制平立面图,并抽取3根进行尺寸检查、厚度测量,钻取钢屑进行化学分析,对节点连接、支座连接、构件变形、涂层外观及渗漏情况进行检查,采用SAP2000有限元软件建模验算结果,该网架的网架结构现状安全,可为网架结构安全性检测和评定提供借鉴。
A 10-year old grid structure needs to go through safety assessment, including specification examination and statistics of grid column, drawing of plan and elevation, random examination of dimension and thickness of three pieces of grid column, drilling of steel scrap for chemical analysis, inspection of node connection, base connection, member deformation, coating and leakage defect, etc. SAP2000 finite element software was used to establish a model to verify the results. It was shown that the status quo of the grid structure is safe, providing references for inspection and assessment of grid structure safety.
