摘要
配电网接入分布式电源后部分区域稳定性会下降,但是含有DG电源的配电网是多电源供电系统,在网络出现故障或者检修时启动分布式电源供电可以起到提升可靠性的作用。根据负荷点容量大小和负荷重要程度将不同负荷划分不同的等级,给等级赋予一定量的权值,设定负荷容量和负荷权值的乘积作为目标函数,按照DG供电路径搜索目标函数的最大值,得出DG电源的供电区域。基于风力发电和光伏发电分布特性,建立DG供电概率模型,考虑到负荷接收DG电能的随机性,将供电的概率考虑到供电过程进行可靠性指标计算。比较未接入DG电源和接入DG电源的配电网的可靠性指标,结果表明配电网接入DG以后可以提升网络的可靠性。
For the stability of distribution network will reduce when incorporated in distributed generations,start-up of distributed generation can promote reliability when fault and repair occur.The load is ranked as per load capacity and importance.Relative weight is given,object function is set from capacity of load and weight.According to the DG power supply path,the maximum objective function is searched.Based on distribution characteristic of wind power systems and photovoltaic power systems,power supplying probability model is built.Considering the random supplying of DG,the reliability calculated will take into account supply probability.Reliability index is compared with the network not accessed in DG and that accessed in DG.The result shows that distribution network accessed in DG could promote reliability.
