Synthesis of Block Polyether Silicone TF-464B and Its Performance

摘要 以双端氨基聚硅氧烷与双端环氧基聚醚为主要原料,经加成聚合反应,制备了一种嵌段聚醚有机硅整理剂TF-464B,考察原料物质的量比、回流反应温度和反应时间对产物应用手感的影响,优化反应条件为:环氧聚醚与氨基硅油的摩尔比1.2∶1,反应时间8 h,反应温度75℃。对比普通氨基硅油,TF-464B整理后织物具有优异手感、低黄色变,且其防粘辊稳定性良好。 Polysiloxane block copolymer TF-464 B was synthesized by the ring-opening polymerization of biepoxy-terminated polyether and biamino-terminated silicone. The effects of mole ratio, reactant time and temperature on the synthesis were studied. The Optimized reaction conditions were as follows: the mol ratio of biepoxy-terminated polyether and biamino-terminated silicone 1.2, reaction for 8 h at 75℃. Contrasted to common silicone, TF-464 B had the following application characteristics: excellent handle, little influence on whiteness, color and good anti sticking roll stability.
