文章介绍了差别化纤维纺纱工程系统加湿保湿对质量的影响,结合纤维的吸放湿规律,采取原棉至装包间等系统加湿保湿措施,能够有效控制差别化纤维纺纱过程中,因回潮差异造成的静电缠挂绕、强力低等问题,对提高质量有明显的效果。
The paper discusses the effect of humidifying and moisturizing on the yarn quality when spinning differential fibers into yarn. By taking appropriate humidifying and moisturizing measures in accordance with fiber's moisture absorption and desorption properties across the entire spinning process, problems such as static winding and low strength resulting from moisture regain difference can be effectively solved and yarn quality can be significantly improved.
