摘要
浆纱伸长率是影响布机织造效率的一个重要工艺指标。生产实践中,由于经纱上浆过程纱线的拉伸情况不易界定,经常因为概念错误而导致伸长率的结果无法指导生产。本文通过对浆纱生产的工艺过程分析,确定了浆纱过程中的原长纱、伸长纱等,阐述了浆纱伸长率的计算表达;文中分析了生产中习惯采用的回丝计长、回丝称重法所表达的伸长率错误之处,对现有伸长率公式错误进行了理论分析,并说明浆纱的机控伸长率已在生产实际当中应用。
Sized warp elongation is an important process parameter that influences the weaving efficiency of loom. In practical production, since it is hard to define the stretch to the warp yarn during sizing, the measured elongation of sized warp is usually invalid for practical production due to conceptual error. Based on analyzing sizing process, the paper defines the concepts of the yarn of original length and the elongated yarn; discusses the calculation expression of sized warp elongation; points out the errors of elongation measured with the conventional sizing refuse length measuring method and sizing refuse weighing method; and explains the applications of mechanically-controlled elongation of mechanically sized yarn in practical production.
