摘要
总结和梳理了民族高等教育政策的价值取向的演变历程。认为民族高等教育政策价值取向从初创时期强调政治诉求和民族平等,到过渡时期注重经济建设和多元教育路径,再到发展时期以教育机会均等和教育质量为目标,每个阶段均呈现出不同的价值取向和价值选择。
This paper sums up the value orientation development of ethnic minority higher education policies in China which can be divided into three periods. It is stated that different period demonstrates different value orientation, from the emphasis on political appeal and ethnic equality to modes of economic construction and multiple education, then to equal access to education and quality of education.
