摘要
研究了含锂白云石的焙烧改性及从改性含锂白云石中浸出锂,考察了复合助剂NaCl与CaCl_2配比、白云石与复合助剂配比、焙烧温度、焙烧时间等对锂浸出率的影响。试验结果表明:在复合助剂NaCl与CaCl_2质量配比为6∶4,白云石与复合助剂质量配比为6∶4,焙烧温度800℃,焙烧时间25min条件下对矿石进行改性,然后用水浸出,锂浸出率达91.77%,浸出效果较好。
Modified roast of dolomite and leaching of Lithium from modified dolomite was investigated.The influence of m(NaCl)/m(CaCl_2)in composite additive,m(dolomite)/m(composite additive),roasting temperature and time on leaching rate of lithium in the modified dolomite were examined.The results show that at the optimum modifying conditions of m(NaCl)/m(CaCl2)in composite additive of6∶4,m(dolomite)/m(composite additive)of 6∶4,roasting temperature of 800 ℃,roasting time of 25 min,the leaching of lithium reachs 91.77%.The leaching effect is good.
