摘要
研究了采用加压碱浸工艺对高硫石油焦进行脱硫,考察了氢氧化钠浓度、反应温度、反应时间等因素对石油焦脱硫率的影响。结果表明,在石油焦粒度≤50μm、氢氧化钠浓度4mol/L、液固体积质量比3∶1、反应温度120℃、反应时间5.0h、压力0.8 MPa条件下,硫脱除率达73.5%,脱硫效果较好。
High sulfur petroleum coke was treated by pressure alkaline leaching for desulfurization.The effects of some factors such as sodium hydroxide concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time on the desulfurization rate of petroleum coke were examined.The results show that when particle size of petroleum coke is less than 50μm,sodium hydroxide concentration is 4mol/L,liquid-to-solid ratio is 3∶1,reaction temperature is 120 ℃,reaction time is 5.0hand pressure is 0.8 MPa,the sulfur removal rate can reach 73.5%.The desulfurization effect is good.
