摘要
分析了我国政府部门开展三维地理信息共享应用的现状与问题,从应用需求、政府职能等角度阐述了该项工作的必要性;针对存在的问题,本文提出了智慧城市开展三维地理信息共享应用的总体思路和实施策略,并结合北京市的实践案例进行了分析,验证了相关思路的可行性。
In this paper, the current situation and problems of the application of 3D geographic information sharing in our country are described and analyzed in detail. Then the necessity of 3D geographic information sharing service is discussed on the aspect of application requirements, governmental functions and so on. In order to improve the 3D geographic information sharing service, some methods are proposed, which are proved effective in Beijing.
