Study on the Mode of Tourism Real Estate Development in Guizhou

近年来,旅游地产发展成为旅游与房地产跨界融合的热点,但红火的背后是理论支撑的缺乏,是模式研究的缺失,旅游和地产并未形成合力,而是各行其道。特别是贵州旅游地产,参与的开发商越多,出现的问题越多。在实地勘察了大部分贵州在建旅游地产后,试图从贵州旅游地产的发展现状出发,找出问题,探讨适合贵州发展的旅游地产模式。

In recent years,the development of tourism real estate become the hot fusion of cross- border tourism and real estate. Prosperous as it is,the lack of theoretical support and the research on model exist. In addition,tourism and real estate have not formed a cohesive force but work on their own separately. A typical case is Guizhou tourism real estate,because the more it is being developed,the more problems would be. With a field survey of many tourism real estates which are underway in Guizhou,and based on the current situation of Guizhou tourism real estate,the author attempts to discover the problems and analyze the proper tourism real estate mode for the development of Guizhou Province.
