摘要
针对肠溶性胶囊生产线控制系统中执行机构的动作时刻无法灵活调整以及故障报警延迟的问题,研究了将与主轴电机同轴连接的编码器旋转角度用于协调控制38台伺服电机的运动控制,并对故障发生时刻进行预估的方法,实现了对各执行机构的协调控制并解决了报警延迟问题,该方法已在生产线中成功应用。应用结果表明:其简便灵活,可靠性高,具有较高的实用价值。
Aiming at the problems that the movement time of actuators can't be flexibly adjusted and fault alarm can be delayed in enteric-coated capsule production line control system,a method using the rotation angle of the encoder coaxially connected to the spindle motor to coordinate control the movement control of 38 servo motors and forecast the failure moment was studied,the coordination control of actuators was realized and the alarm delay problem was resolved,the method was successfully applied to the production line. Application result proves that the method is simple and flexible,and shows high reliability and practical value.
