摘要
以茄子为试材,草炭∶珍珠岩=2∶1为对照基质,探讨了菇渣、珍珠岩及草炭3种基质不同配比在茄子育苗上的应用效果。结果表明,以菇渣为主的复合配方基质在茄子育苗效果上存在显著差异,其中菇渣∶珍珠岩∶草炭=3∶2∶1效果最佳,菇渣∶珍珠岩∶草炭=1∶1∶1和菇渣∶珍珠岩=1∶1次之,添加不超过50%的菇渣有利于提高基质的营养价值和壮苗指数,使秧苗迅速成苗。
Eggplant was taken as test material and peat ∶ perlite = 2 ∶ 1 as control to investigate the effects of composite substrates such as fresh Hypsizygus marmoreus residue,perlite and peat with different proportions on eggplant seedling growth. The results showed that the various formulas of mushroom residue based composite matrix were significantly different in their effects on eggplant seedling growth. The matrix formula,mushroom residue ∶ perlite ∶ peat = 3 ∶ 2 ∶ 1,had the ideal effect,followed by the formulas,mushroom residue ∶ perlite ∶ peat = 1 ∶ 1 ∶ 1 and mushroom residue ∶ perlite = 1 ∶ 1. Adding no more than 50 percent of mushroom residue could help to improve the nutritional value of matrix and vigorous seedling indexes.
