摘要
装配式约束混凝土柱-蜂窝钢梁组合结构,亦称轻型节能RCS组合结构,是一套新型装配式钢梁—混凝土柱结构体系。该组合结构充分发挥了高强材料优势,改进了装配整体式构造,节省用钢量,减轻自重,既降低工程造价,又较其他类型建筑增加使用面积,而且提升了房屋建造业集成化程度,较纯钢结构和纯混凝土结构,更适用于大跨度的写字楼、办公楼及厂房建造。文章详细分析了装配式密置复合连续螺旋箍筋约束高强混凝土柱工形截面焊接六边形孔蜂窝钢梁组合结构的结构性能和设计构造,并论述其施工技术要点,展望该结构体系的应用前景。
Assembly type confined concrete column and steel beam combination structure,also known as light energy- saving RCS composite structure,is a new type of assembled steel beam concrete column structure system. The composite structure give full play to the high strength material advantage,save the amount of steel,reduce weight,both to reduce project cost,and other type of construction and increase the use of space,but also to enhance the degree of integration of industry of housing construction,compared with the pure steel structure and concrete structure,more suitable for in large span of the office,office building and plant construction. This paper analyses in detail the assembly when meters pay and continuous spiral stirrup confined high strength concrete columns I- section welding hexagonal air honeycombed steel beam composite structure and structural properties of the structural design,and discusses the points of construction technology,prospect of the architecture of the application.
