摘要
半导体光催化技术在治理环境污染方面具有突出优势。本文选用SnCl_4和锡粉为原料,高温煅烧制备具有氧空位的非化学计量氧化锡SnO_x。对材料的结构特征和光催化效果进行了测试,实验结果表明非化学计量氧化锡SnO_x的光催化活性高于普通SnO_2。
Semiconductor photocatalysis has a significant advantage in managing the environment pollution. In this paper,non- stoichiometric metal oxide Sn Ox were prepared by high temperature calcination,using SnCl_4 and Sn as raw material.The structures of the as- prepared catalysts were characterized,and their photocatalytic activities were evaluated by the degradation of Rhodamine B. The experimental results show that the photocatalytic activity of SnO_x is higher than SnO_2.
