摘要
对盐酸萘乙二胺分光光度法测定工作场所空气中二氧化氮浓度进行不确定度评定。分析测定过程中不确定度的来源,包括测量重复性的不确定度、标准溶液配制的不确定度、标准曲线变动性的不确定度、采集样品的不确定度、采样效率的不确定度以及仪器重复性的不确定度。确定各不确定度分量值,给出了工作场所空气中二氧化氮浓度测量的合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,为准确评价工作场所空气中二氧化氮浓度提供依据。
The uncertainty of nitrogen dioxide concentration in the air workplace was evaluated with the approach of N-( 1- naphthyl) ethylenediamine dihydrochloride spectrophotometry. The sources of uncertainty were analyzed in the measuring process. These sources include measurement repeatability,standard solution preparation,standard curve variability,sample collection,sampling efficiency,and equipment repeatability. Subsequently,the uncertainty components were evaluated. Furthermore,the combined standard uncertainty and expanded uncertainty were given as the bases to accurately evaluate the concentration of nitrogen dioxide in the air workplace.
