基于因子分析的生物医药产业发展状况研究——以南京市雨花台区为例

Development Status Evaluation of the Bio Pharmaceutical Industry Based on the Factor Analysis——Illustrated by the Case of Yuhuatai District

"十三五"规划建议指出,要健全城乡发展一体化体制,发展特色区域经济。而生物医药产业作为具有高增长、高回报的战略性新兴产业,对区域经济的发展及城乡一体化的发展均有着至关重要的作用。本文选取南京市雨花台区为例,通过构建生物医药产业发展评价指标体系,运用因子分析的方法客观评价当前雨花台区生物医药产业发展的现状。针对存在问题,提出了要继续发展优势企业和行业,同时注重产业结构优化调整;加大招商力度,吸引研发类企业入驻;强化服务保障,避免优势资源流失等对策建议。

This article selects Yuhuatai Distict of Nanjing as an example,building an evaluation index system and using the factor analysis to evaluate the status of the bio pharmaceutical industry. We finally puts forward some suggestions such as adjusting industrial structure optimization,increasing the intensity of investment promotion to attracting RD enterprises,to strengthen the service guarantee in order to avoid the advantage resources loss etc.
