摘要
以对总磷进行精密度偏性试验(AQC试验)为例,对莒县环境监测站实验室的监测质量进行评价和检验。采用精密度偏性实验,利用空白试验、线性回归、方差分析、总标准差检验、加标回收等方法全面评价试验数据的准确性与精密度,直观分析误差的受控状态与变化趋势。结果:方法检出限小于标准检出限;F检验评价批内、批间变异结果为"不显著";试验总标准差均小于指标检出限;加样回收率为102.56%,在可接受的90%~110%范围之内。
Biased to total phosphorus precision test( AQC test) as an example,evaluate and test the monitoring quality of Juxian county environmental monitoring station. Using AQC test,the blank test,linear regression,analysis of variance,total standard deviation test,standard addition recovery to evaluate comprehensively the precision and accuracy of test datas,and analyze intuitively controlled status and trends of the error. Results: the method detection limit is less than the standard detection limit; The evaluation of intra- batch and inter- batch variation results by F test was " not significant";The total standard deviation is less than the index detection limit; The recovery rate was 102. 56%,in the acceptable range of 90% ~ 110%.
