Ecologic Civilization Construction in Anhua County Under New-type Urbanization

安化县属于重点生态功能区,安化县城镇化发展过程中存在生态保护缺乏统一协调、生态资源缺乏有效利用、生态保护区内村民生活质量低等困境。安化新型城镇化视角下的生态文明建设,应该大力加强生态保护、积极推进生态建设、扎实推进生态扶贫、积极引导生态移民、加快推进县城"创森""创卫"、严格保护城乡水环境以及大力整治城乡工业污染等七大措施。

Anhua County belongs to the key ecologic function area. The authors made deep analysis on the present ecologic protection and construction existence. They pointed out that the weak points of ecology protection which lacks of unification co-ordination; the ecologic resources lack of unified and effective use, the low living standard of villagers in the ecologic protection areas. This paper points out that the way of ecologic civilization construction, to protect the ecology, to help the poverty people in the ecologic area, to lead the ecologic transferring the poor farmers from the poverty area. It is to strengthen the county town with the forest construction and sanitation. It is to prevent the air and water pollution throughout the county.
