介绍了华菱湘钢五米宽厚板厂板坯铸机二冷配水静态和动态配水的功能和他们之间的差异,控制系统结构,通讯看门狗,以及奥钢联二级系统维护和安装维护软件。对板坯铸机动态配水的控制不稳定故障现象和原因进行了重点的分析,制定应急方案,并详细提出解决方案和实施。成功地解决了动态配水不稳定的故障。
Based on Xiangtan 5m Heavy Plate Continuous Slab Casters, the author introduces the static and dynamic model for secondary cooling, continual caster level 2 architecture, watchdogs technology and VAI maintenance and setup system. After describing failure phenomena of DYNACS and analyzing the cause of the system instability, emergency plans are worked out and the detailed schemes are developed. The DYNACS instability problem has been successfully solved.
