摘要
本文分析了剁齿机数控系统中存在的技术难点,在分析了剁齿过程的运动特性的基础上给出协同控制的优化控制方法 ,并对送料轴送料方式做了进一步的优化改进。采用这些控制策略后有效解决了锉刀加工过程中的协同送料和齿纹截面曲线轨迹加工等问题,且能够大大降低了加工过程中的噪音和冲击。
This paper particular analyzes the technical difficulties by the CNC system of chopping machine, propose optimal control method of cooperative control base on analysis of the characteristics of chopping process, and do further optimization improvements to feeding mode of the feed shaft. With these control strategies, effectively solves the problems of collaborative feeding and curve track processing, and greatly reducing the process noise and impact.
