摘要
本文设计一套飞机燃油系统的测试装备,涉及机电、控制、测量等方面技术,采用可编程控制器作为控制核心,配以触摸屏作为人机界面,按测试特征模式设计控制方法。本文阐述了试验装备的机电系统设计、控制系统及程序以及测试方法等内容。装备具有可移动、操作简洁、性能优良的特点,运行效果表明该装备可以替代国外同类产品。
In this paper, a set of test equipments for aircraft fuel system is designed, which is used in the control of the mechanical, electrical, control and measurement. In this paper, the design, control system, program and testing method of the mechanical and electrical system are described. Equipped with movable, simple operation, excellent performance characteristics, the operation effect show that the equipment can replace the similar foreign products.
