目前各涂装厂电泳槽均采用碳钢制作,为保护电泳槽底材,都采用衬里处理。介绍了某涂装厂电泳槽玻璃钢发生脱落后,针对异常进行的原因分析过程,以及采取的处置措施。
The paint factory adopts carbon steel to fabricate electrophoresis bath, and In order to protect the bottom material, the liner was processed. The analysis process and its measures after FRP shedding in paint shop were introduced.
