大吨位FRP拉索锚固装置设计参数分析 被引量:2

摘要 大吨位纤维增强复合材料(FRP)拉索主要采用锥形锚固装置进行锚固,为解决锥形锚固装置应力集中的问题,使锚固装置便于制造并且达到适合工程应用的尺寸,利用ANSYS Workbench软件建立锥形锚固装置的有限元模型,对荷载传递介质的弹性模量、长度、内锥角和受荷初始端厚度等参数进行分析,提出了一种新型锚固装置(即通过改变锥形锚杯的构造,释放施荷初始端锚杯的套箍作用,减弱拉索的径向约束),并对其紧固段长度和释放段外倾角参数进行有限元分析。结果表明,该装置能够解决应力集中的问题;建议张拉力为10 000kN锚固装置的设计参数为荷载传递介质的弹性模量10GPa、长70cm、内锥角7°、受荷初始端厚30mm、紧固段长55cm、释放段外倾角0°、锚杯直径35cm;其尺寸与相同承载力的钢丝拉索锚固装置接近。 The heavy load fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)cable is usually anchored,using the conical wedge anchorage device.To solve the problem of stress concentration in the anchorage device and to make the device convenient for fabricating and have the proper sizes for practical engineering application,the finite element model for the device was set up,using the software ANSYS Workbench and the parameters of the load transfer component of the device like the elastic modulus,length,inner cone angle and thickness of the initial end that was subjected to load were analyzed.A novel anchorage device(for releasing the hooping effect of the conical anchor cup at the initial end that applied load and for weakening the radial constraint of the cable by modifying the configuration of the anchor cup)was given and the finite element analysis for the parameters of the fastening section length and releasing section camber angle of the device was conducted.The results demonstrate that the novel device can solve the problem of the stress concentration and it is hence proposed that for the design parameters of the device of 10 000 kN tension,the elastic modulus of the load transfer component should be 10 GPa,the length be 70 cm,the inner cone angle be7°,the thickness of the initial end that is subjected to load be 30 mm,the fastening section length be 55 cm,the releasing section camber angle be 0°,the diameter of the anchor cup be 35 cm and the sizes of the device should be close to those of the steel wire cable anchorage device having the same bearing capacity.
