摘要 同江黑龙江铁路特大桥是连接我国黑龙江省与俄罗斯联邦犹太自治州的首座跨越黑龙江的过境桥梁,桥梁设计同时满足中、俄两国设计规范要求。中方主桥采用跨度为144m、108m的钢桁梁桥,144m主桁采用三角再分形桁式、108m钢桁梁采用华伦桁式;钢桁梁的纵梁连续、下平纵联与纵梁及横梁联结而参与主桁共同作用;桥面采用能够通行不同轨距中、俄列车的单线套轨形式;在纵梁上铺设预应力混凝土无砟轨道板。引桥采用32m预应力混凝土简支箱梁桥。根据该桥所处严寒环境提出钢材交货技术条件以及钢结构焊接低温冲击韧性技术要求。 Tongjiang Heilong River Railway Bridge is the first border bridge crossing the Heilong River and connecting the Heilongjiang Province,China and the Judaic Autonomous Oblast,the Russian Federation.The design of the bridge is required to meet both the requirements in the design specifications of the two countries of China and Russia.The main bridge on the China side is the steel truss girder bridge with span length of 144 mand 108m,of which the 144-m span main truss is the triangular subdivided truss while the 108-m span truss is the Warren truss.The stringers of the truss girder are continuous.The lower longitudinal bracings are connected to the stringers and cross beams and contribute to the joint work of the main truss.On the deck of the bridge,the single-line set tracks that can allow passage of the Chinese and Russian trains of different track gauges are arranged and on the stringers,the prestressed concrete ballastless track slabs are laid.The approach bridge of the bridge is the 32-m span prestressed concrete simply-supported box girder bridge.In the light of the cold environment in which the bridge is located,the technical conditions of delivery of the steels and the technical requirements for the low temperature impact toughness of the steel structure welding are also formulated.
