大学教改项目管理的优化探索被引量：3

摘要教改项目的设立是推动大学教师开展教育教学研究,提高大学教育质量的重要举措,针对当前大学教改项目管理中存在的问题,本文提出大学教改项目的管理应实现指导理论科学化、项目开展统筹化、项目监督常规化、项目成果长效化、研究过程对话化和项目结题方式多样化。
