基于Logistic回归方法的老干部心理健康评估模型

Psychological Healthy Assessment Model for Retired Cadres Based on Logistic Regression Method

目的:建立符合离退休老干部心理健康评估的数学模型。方法:选择世界卫生组织指定的4个心理健康标准作为老干部心理健康评估数学模型的因变量,同时对4个指标划分等级并给出评分范围。然后通过多年来建立的老干部健康档案和部分调查问卷建立72个统计样本,利用Logistic回归方法和SPSS16软件求解回归系数。结果:4项评估指标的Logistic回归系数分别为:-0.0207,-0.0194,-0.0162和-0.0225,对数变化值为5.5602。通过这4项指标的回归系数建立了离退休老干部心理健康评估的数学模型,模型检验的Kappa系数值为0.687。结论:建立的数学模型其模拟效果较好,可用于评估离退休老干部心理健康状况。

Objective:To establish a psychological healthy assessment model for retired cadres in some institute.Methods:Four psychological healthy indexes from the World Health Organization(WHO)were selected as assessing factors of the model,meanwhile,individual index was divided into 4sub-categories and each sub-category was assigned a corresponding score range.Next,we constructed the model using Logistic regression method and SPSS16 software based on 72 samples that we had generated from many health archives and questionnaires.Results:Coefficients of logistic regression are-0.0207,-0.0194,-0.0162and-0.0225,respectively,and Log-variation value is 5.5602.Validation of the constructed model show that the Kappa coefficient is 0.687,this value indicate that this model is basically effective.Conclusion:The constructed model is suitable for assessing healthy condition of retired cadres in our institute and can be applied into our practical nursing work.
