盆腔良性多囊性病变的CT诊断研究

CT Diagnosis Study on Benign Pelvic Cystic Lesions

目的：探析盆腔良性多囊性病变的CT诊断价值.方法：选择2010年5月-2015年5月期间某院收治的52例盆腔良性多囊性病变患者为研究对象,对其临床治疗资料进行回顾性分析.结果：所有患者均顺利完成检查,其中25例为卵巢良性囊性病变,15例为子宫内膜异位囊肿,4例为肠道及其系膜囊肿,7例为盆腔炎性囊性病变,1例为其它类型囊肿.结论：临床上运用CT 检查对盆腔良性多囊性病变进行诊断,具有操作简单、无创性以及准确率高等特点,但是也需要了解和掌握不同疾病类型的特征,有助于临床上制定针对性治疗方案.

Objective:To explore the CT diagnostic value of pelvic benign cystic lesions.Methods:52patients with pelvic benign cystic lesions in a hospital from May 2010 to May 2015 were selected as the research object,the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:All patients successfully went through inspection,of which 25 cases were ovarian benign cystic lesion,15 cases were endometriosis cyst,4cases were intestinal and mesangial cyst,7cases were pelvic inflammatory cystic lesion,1case was other types of cysts.Conclusion:The clinical use of CT examination to diagnose pelvic benign cystic lesions has the characteristics of simple,noninvasive,and high accuracy,but the features of different disease types should also be grasped to develop targeted treatment clinically.
