摘要
目的:探究硬膜外麻醉应用于产科分娩的镇痛效果。方法:选取64例分娩产妇,根据入院顺序分为两组各32例,对照组分娩不行任何镇痛,观察组行硬膜外麻醉。结果:观察组产妇镇痛效果优于对照组,剖宫产率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:产科分娩采用硬膜外麻醉,镇痛效果良好。
Objective:To explore the analgesic effect of epidural anesthesia on obstetric delivery.Methods:64cases of delivery women were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,32 cases in each group,the control group received no analgesia,the observation group were treated with epidural anesthesia.Results:The analgesic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the cesarean section rate was lower than that of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of epidural anesthesia in obstetric delivery has remarkable analgesic effect.
