综合康复护理在社区老年性膝关节骨关节炎患者护理中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Rehabilitation Care in the Nursing of Community Senile Knee Osteoarthritis Patients

目的:探讨综合康复护理在社区老年性膝关节骨关节炎患者中的护理疗效。方法:选取某社区卫生服务中心收治的70例社区骨关节炎患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例,对照组给予常规骨关节炎护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予综合康复护理,治疗3个月后比较两组患者的护理疗效。结果:治疗后,观察组的VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);HSS膝关节功能评分比较,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的治疗总有效率为85.7%,对照组的总有效率为68.6%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:将综合康复护理运用于社区老年性膝关节骨关节炎患者,具有显著的临床疗效,值得临床推广。

Objective:To study the nursing curative effect of comprehensive rehabilitation care in the nursing of community senile patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Select 70 cases of osteoarthritis patients in community and randomly divide them into control group and observation group,35 cases in each group,control group was given conventional bone arthritis care,observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation care on the basis of the conventional care,compare nursing efficacy of the two groups 3months after treatment.Results:After treatment,VAS score of the observation group was lowere than that of the control group(P<0.05);HSS knee functional score of observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);total effective rate of observation group was 85.7%,total effective rate of control group was 68.6%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive rehabilitation care has significant clinical curative effect in nursing community senile patients with knee osteoarthritis,and is worth clinical promotion.
