硅对荞麦种子萌发和幼苗生理特性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 研究硅肥对荞麦种子萌发及幼苗生长发育的影响,为合理施用硅肥增收荞麦提供科学依据。以榆林靖边苦荞种子为材料,用不同浓度的硅酸钾溶液7组(0、0.25、0.50、0.75、1.00、1.50、2.00 mmol/L)处理荞麦种子,种子萌发期测定淀粉酶活性、过氧化氢酶活性;2叶1心期测定根系活力及叶绿素含量。结果表明:随着硅含量的增加,淀粉酶活性、CAT活性、根系活力及叶绿素含量均呈先升后降的趋势,且在硅浓度为0.75 mmol/L时,各项指标明显高于对照组,均达到了最高水平;在硅浓度小于2.00 mmol/L时,处理组各项指标均优于对照组。因此,适量施用硅肥可优化荞麦早期的生理生化机能,有助于其正常的生长代谢,为其后期的增产奠定良好的基础。 The paper aims to study the effect of silicon fertilizer on germination and seedlings growth of buckwheat seeds,to compare the comprehensive index of each group and screen the suitable concentration of silicon,thus provide scientific basis for rational application of fertilizer increase of Buckwheat. The seeds of buckwheat from jingbian in yulin for the material were treated with 7 groups of different concentrations of silica solution( 0,0. 25,0. 50,0. 75,1. 00,1. 50,2. 00 mmol / L). The activity of amylase and catalase were measured during the seed germination period,and the root activity and chlorophyll content of the two leaves were determined. The result showed that with increasing silicon content,amylase activity,CAT activity,root activity and chlorophyll content showed the trend of first increased and then decreased and the each index of the 0. 75 mmol / L of silicon concentration was significantly higher than that of control group,which had reached the highest level. When the concentration of silicon was less than 2 mmol / L,the indexes of treatment group were better than that of the control group. Therefore,the appropriate amount of fertilizer to optimize the buckwheat early physiological and biochemical function,contribute to its normal growth and metabolism,which has laid a good foundation for the later production.
