摘要
为考察新型高氯酸铵(AP)替代物二硝酰基胺铵(ADNA)、四硝基六氢嘧啶(DNNC)、六硝基-二氮杂环辛烷(HCO)及二硝酰胺基二硝基乙撑二铵(ADNDNE)对固体推进剂能量性能的贡献水平,采用能量计算星程序5.0版,计算了4种替代物对CMDB、HTPB、NEPE、p(BAMO-AMMO)推进剂能量性能的影响。结果表明,4种替代物取代4种配方中的AP都降低了推进剂排气羽流的红外辐射性能;ADNA使4种配方体系的标准理论比冲都增加;如果设计氧系数较高的配方体系,DNNC、HCO及ADNDNE都将对能量性能产生增益。
To evaluate the contribution level of new ammonium perchlorate(AP)replacements ammonium di(nitramido)amine(ADNA),1,3,5,5-tetranitrohexahydropyrimidine(DNNC),1,3,3,5,7,7-hexanitro-1,5-diazacyclootane(HCO)and diammonium di(nitramido)dinitroethylene(ADNDNE)on the energetic performance of solid propellant,the effect of four kinds of replacements on the energetic performances of modified double-base propellant(CMDB),hydroxyl-terminated polybutadien(HTPB),nitrate ester plasticized polyether(NEPE)and 3,3,-bis(azidomethyl)-oxetane-3-azido-methyl-3-methyl oxetane p(BAMO-AMMO)propellants were calculated by Calculation Star(ECS)program version 5.0.The results show that replacing AP in four kinds of formulations with four kinds of replacements make the infrared radiation of exhaust plume of the propellants decrease.ADNA makes the standard theory specific impulse of four kinds of formulation systems decrease.If the formulation system with high oxygen coefficient was designed,DNNC,HCO and ADNDNE will produce grain on the energetic performance.
