汉匈关系视野下的汉朝经略焉耆

Study on Han Governing Yanqi from the Perspective of the Relationship between Han and Xiongnu

西域是汉朝与匈奴斗争的西部战线,焉耆则因其重要的战略地位成为汉朝与匈奴在西域对抗的前沿。得焉耆者,得西域;失焉耆者,失西域。焉耆的向背是汉朝与匈奴经营西域战略胜负的重要风向标。匈奴控制焉耆,汉朝在西域的稳定战略即受到严重威胁;反之,汉朝征服焉耆则标志着汉朝西域经营战略的完成。汉匈关系的发展影响着汉朝与焉耆的关系发展,同样,后者的演变也反映了汉匈双方在西域的角力变化。

The western regions were the western front for Han government to fight against Xiongnu and Yanqi was the very frontier for the fighting because of its important strategic position. Since the government who got Yanqi could obtain the Western regions,the support from Yanqi decided the strategic success and failure for both Han government and Xiongnu. If Yanqi was manipulated by Xiongnu,the strategic stability for Han government was heavily threatened. However,the governing strategies had been achieved for Han government with the obedience from Yanqi. The relationship between Han government and Xiongnu influenced that between Han and Yanqi,and meanwhile,the evolution of the latter reflected the various authorities of Han and Xiongnu in the Western regions respectively.
