抗战时期云南抗日军人家属优待工作述论

On the Preferential Treatment for the Families of the Soldiers during the War of Resistance against Japan in Yunnan

抗战期间,云南省派出滇军30余万人,成了兵员补给的重要省份。为解除军人的后顾之忧,增强抗战力量,云南省政府建立各级优待委员会,从救济优待、生产优待、荣誉优待、权益优待等方面开展的军属优待工作,在一定程度上解决了军属面临的实际困难,调动了民众参军参战的积极性,有利于大后方的社会稳定和征兵工作的开展。但云南军属优待工作仍存在政策落实不到位、优待经费缺乏、运行模式缺陷等问题。

During the War of Resistance against Japan,Yunnan became important for the troop supply with its 300,000 soldiers. For solve soldiers＇ worrying about their families and enhance the fighting force,the Yunnan provincial government established the committees of various levels for the preferential treatment from the different perspectives such as relief,production,honor and benefits. The treatment relieved the practical difficulties for the soldiers and pushed the enthusiasm of enlistment,stabilizing the society and developing the enlistment. However,some problems still existed like the weak implementation and shortage of funds for the preferential treatment etc..
