The spectral response if one important characters of solar cells,but usually can’t be measured cor-rectly.It discuss the basic concepts of spectral response,summarize the main measure methods used before,and introduce two new appratus used to measure the spectral response,analyse the advertages and disadvertages by data and graphs.
