摘要
通过测定川芎水提物对·OH、·O_2^-和DPPH三种自由基的清除作用,评价其抗氧化性能。采用索氏提取器提取川芎水提物,以抗坏血酸为对照,采用分光光度法测定其清除率。川芎水提物对三种自由基有不同程度的清除能力,对三种自由基的清除效果依此为DPPH>·O_2^->·OH。川芎水提物在体外具有较明显的抗氧化活性,在实验浓度范围内,其抗氧化效果与浓度呈显著的线性相关。
The antioxidant activities of the water extraction of chuanxiong capsule were determined by examining the scavengingeffect of the water extraction on hydroxyl(·OH), superoxide anion (·O2-), and 1, 1-Dipheny-2-picrylhydrazyl(DPPH) radicals. Thewater extraction of chuangxiong capsule was obtained by soxhletextractor with ascorbic acid as reference compound.Spectrophotometry was used to assess the antioxidant properties. There were different scavenging abilities in the water extraction ofchuanxiong capsule on hydroxyl, superoxide anion, and DPPH radicals. The scavenging effects on the three free radicals were DPPH〉 ·O2-〉 ·OH. There was marked antioxidant activity in the water extraction of chuanxiong in vitro. In the experimental concentrationrange, the scavenging effects of the water extraction of chuanxiong showed positive correlation with the concentration of the waterextraction of chuanxiong .
