摘要
运用文献分类整理、专家访问、数理统计等研究方法,梳理体育心理负荷的内涵。并将李克特量表法和模糊评判法相结合,创设体育课学生心理负荷综合测评方法。通过实证检验,证明该方法能够更加准确的进行体育课学生心理负荷测评,从而为体育教学评估提供参考依据。
Using the literature sorting, expert interview, mathematical statistics and other research methods, connotation of sportsmental load was summarized. Combining the likert scale method with fuzzy evaluation method, students’mental load comprehensiveevaluation method in physical education was raised. Empirical test proved that the method can be more accurately for physicaleducation students’mental load evaluation, which provides reference for the sports teaching evaluation.
