摘要
测试太极拳锻炼人群、舞蹈锻炼人群与不锻炼人群的平衡性差异。进行三组人群睁眼、闭眼各30s平衡性测试,结果发现太极拳锻炼组和舞蹈组静态平衡性好于不锻炼人群组,不同组人群闭眼状态平衡性下降幅度不同,太极拳锻炼组闭眼后平衡能力下降幅度最小。太极拳练习促进老年人平衡性效果最好。
It was to investigate the elderly’s balances in Shadow Boxing, dancing and control group. Balances in eye opening andclosed condition were tested respectively. Result indicated that balances in Shadow Boxing and dancing goups were better than controlgroup. Balances of eye closed condition exhibited differences in three groups, and the decreased extent of balance of Shadow Boxinggroup was lower than the other groups. Shadow Boxing is the best method in improving balance in the elderly.
